These Community Guidelines (the “Guidelines”) explain what is and isn’t allowed on Mulingai (the “Services”). They apply to everyone—customers, hosts, moderators, and audience members—across all products (live translation, captions/subtitles, chat translation, VOD transcripts, and APIs). By using the Services you agree to follow these Guidelines and the Terms of Service. In short: Be lawful, respectful, and transparent. Don’t use the Services to harm, deceive, or violate others’ rights. Follow IP, privacy, and accessibility rules. 1) Scope & Relationship to Other Policies These Guidelines are incorporated into the Terms of Service, Terms of Sale, API Terms, and Privacy Notice. Violations may result in content removal, feature limits or throttling, loss of promotional eligibility (including Early Access rewards), account suspension/termination, and referral to authorities when required by law (see §14 Enforcement Framework and ToS §§9 & 17).
