One Mulingai account for everything we make

Every Mulingai product has its own website, but there is only one account. Signing up, signing in, payments, invoices and dashboards all live on mulingai.com. This is how it works, and why we built it that way.

Many products, one door

Each Mulingai product has its own website to explain what it does. None of them has its own account. Whichever website you start from, the door is the same: mulingai.com.

That is deliberate. A church should not have to remember which product it signed up for, keep two passwords, or search two inboxes for an invoice. You open one account, and it is yours across everything we make.

What lives in your account

Signing up and signing in. One email address, one password, or your Google account. Your dashboards. The rooms you speak in, the languages your listeners chose, and the settings for each product you use. Paying. Credits as you go, a membership, or passes for a gathering. Every price includes VAT, and the price you see is the price you pay. Your invoices, ready to download, in one list. Passes and gifts. The passes you bought, the ones we gave you, and the ways to earn more. Your data. Deleting your account is in your settings, with 30 days to change your mind.

For churches

A church signs up once, and the first room is already there. A person on our team looks at every new church account, and then the church starts with two free services. Setting up takes about two minutes: add your languages, share the link or the QR code, and start speaking.

If you lead a church, this is the link to start: https://mulingai.com/en/account/signup?product=mulingstream-church&site=mulingstream

For listeners: no account at all

The people who listen never need an account. They scan a code or open a link, choose their language, and follow along on the phone already in their pocket. No app, no email address, no password. The account belongs to whoever runs the room, and the room is open to everyone in it.

The account belongs to whoever runs the room. The room is open to everyone in it.

Why one account

Because the products belong together. A Sunday service can use MulingStream for the phones and MulingDisplay for the screen at the front of the room, and a conference can use the same account for every hall. One account means one place to see what you have, what it costs, and what is left.

It also means one set of promises. Our Terms of Service and our Privacy notice cover every product, so you never have to wonder which rules apply where.
