On 21 October 2026 we updated our Terms of Service and our Privacy notice. They now cover every product in the family, the passes and the gifts that come with them, and the text of a session is kept for up to 180 days. Here is what changed, in plain words.
Our legal documents should describe what Mulingai actually is today. Since we last rewrote them in September 2026, the family of products has grown, churches can move a running pass from one room to another, and churches can invite other churches and earn passes for it. So we updated the Terms of Service and the Privacy notice to say so.
The new versions are dated 21 October 2026. Nothing here takes away a right you had before.
Every product is named. The Terms cover MulingStream, MulingDisplay and MulingVerse, on their own websites, with one account on mulingai.com for all of them. Church accounts. A person on our team looks at every new church account before its welcome passes are added. A new section on passes. A pass covers a gathering or a period of time, for everyone who listens. Its time runs from the moment it starts. Unused passes do not expire unless the offer they came with says so. A running pass can be moved to another room in the same account. A new section on gifts, promotions and referrals. What we give away has no cash value and cannot be sold. A gift may carry its own end date. Referral rewards are checked by a person. If we change a programme, what you have already earned is honoured.
Up to 180 days. The text of a session, its translations and the records of who listened are kept for up to 180 days, and then deleted. If you delete a room sooner, its data goes with it. What we collect, listed in full. The notice now also names the details of a church account and our review of it, the rating and comment a listener may choose to leave after a session, and the record of which invitation or referral link brought someone in. The products. The notice covers every product in the family, with one account.
Nothing here takes away a right you had before.
The speaker's voice is never recorded. We never sell personal data and never use it for advertising. Listeners need no account. Every price includes VAT. As a private buyer, a pass you have not used can be refunded within 14 days.
