Mulingai ApS was founded in Denmark on 10 January 2025. That is more than an address: it decides which laws protect your data, which rights you have as a buyer, and what the price on our pages includes. Here is what it means for you.
Mulingai ApS is a Danish private limited company, founded on 10 January 2025, and it answers to Danish and European law.
For the churches, organisations and people who use what we build, that has practical consequences. Here they are.
We follow the EU General Data Protection Regulation. You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to receive it in a portable form. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Danish data protection authority, Datatilsynet.
When data is processed outside the European Union, it is protected by the safeguards European law requires. And we never sell personal data, or use it for advertising.
We never sell personal data, or use it for advertising.
From today, every price on our pages includes VAT. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay, with nothing added at the end.
If you buy as a private person in the EU, the EEA or the United Kingdom, you have 14 days to change your mind. And nothing in our terms takes away the rights the law gives you where you live.
Our Terms are written in English and translated into the other languages of our websites, so that you can read them in your own. If a translation ever says something different, the English version applies, unless the law where you live gives you the right to rely on your own language.
Being Danish has never meant serving only Denmark. Our first paying customer was a church in Canada, and today churches in many countries use MulingStream. What we owe each of them is the same: plain terms, fair prices, and data handled with care.
